The Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide (Vegan Diet)


Here is the nutritional guide I followed during my treatment recommended from the legend Dr. Sebi himself. I’m not going to lie, I absolutely hated this diet, but you will do whatever it takes when you are desperate to survive. Most of the foods that I normally ate, were not on this list. Broccoli and lemons… man made. Who knew?🤷🏽‍♀️ Carrots, corn… Not on the list. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I pushed through, and found recipes. I did this diet for 6 months adding eggs and salmon in the end. Why did I add animal products? Because my body was lacking the B-12, it needed since it is not naturally occurring in plants. This diet helped heal my gut, and it showed me what foods my body could actually handle, and what I needed to stay away from while putting it in an alkaline state so that I could heal best. I also took Dr. Sebi’s herbs before finding an affordable source of organic herbs that I continue to take to this day and are also available in my wellness store!Happy healing! ❤️.
