I think I need to share this everyday! 😂 Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) DOSING FOR BEGINNERS: I tell everyone who has never used full extract cannabis oil (RSO), to start with an amount the size of 1/3 of a rice grain, before bed.
Why such a small amount?
Because it’s very potent. 💪🏼 It doesn’t matter if you smoke everyday, and pop every pill, RSO is no joke! 🙅🏽♀️ If you have never had any cannabis products with THC, it is especially important to go slowly to ensure that you are comfortable, and relaxed instead of paranoid, and high af! Trust Me! You might even need less than 1/3 of a rice grain! A drop on a toothpick may be all it takes in the beginning!
Why before bed? 🛏
Because RSO makes you drowsy. 😴 The perfect time to introduce it to your body is before bed. Your body can get acclimated and you can get a great night’s sleep.
The amount you need to take will vary based on your individual needs. This is a suggested general protocol for cancer and other chronic diseases.
If using it as a daily supplement and general use /prevention, a rice grain amount before the bed will do the trick, and most people stay at that dosage.
For me, it took a lot more than 60 grams to kill my inoperable Anaplastic Astrocytoma, and instead of 90 days, it took me 9 months, but for others it takes weeks. Everyone is different, but everyone gets relief. I love you guys! ♥️
You can also avoid the high completely by using suppositories.
